Flooding will occur in low-lying areas between 07-20 14:00 and 07-21 01:00.The highest flooding level will be about 0.5m to 1.0m.

Macao peninsula:
Ilha Verde, Barrier Gate Plaza Tunnel, Toi San, Fai Chi Kei, regions around Almirante Lacerda Municipal Market (Red Market), Patane, San Kio, regions around Rua da Restauracao, Inner Harbour, regions around Templo do Bazar, Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro ( near Templo do Bazar ), regions around Inner Harbour Ferry Terminal, Praca de Ponte e Horta, Praia do Manduco, Barra and some nearshore regions.
Taipa:
Entrance of Sai Van Bridge, Taipa Village and some nearshore regions.
Coloane:
Coloane Village and some nearshore regions.
Precautions
Take precautionary measures, such as moving objects to places that prevent flooding;
Avoid parking cars in an area prone to flooding or underground car parks;
Power supply system of buildings may be affected by flooding and cut-off, elevator(lifts) should be avoided;
Avoid heading to areas affected by flooding, such as basements and low-lying district;
Pay attention to the “Storm Surge” warning information closely.

Considering meteorological characteristics as well as the geographical location and practical situation of Macao, following warning levels had been developed:
Blue | First Level Warning / Blue | The water level is expected to be below 0.5 meter above road level. |
Yellow | Second Level Warning / Yellow | The water level is expected to be 0.5 to 1.0 meter above road level. |
Orange | Third Level Warning / Orange | The water level is expected to be 1.0 to 1.5 meter above road level. |
Red | Fourth Level Warning / Red | The water level is expected to be 1.5 to 2.5 meter above road level. |
Black | Fifth Level Warning / Black | The water level is expected to be above 2.5 meter from road level. |
Fore-mentioned data refers to those received from above Inner Harbour Road Level.
Different levels of Storm Surge Warning are being issued so as to advise all residents taking appropriate precautions promptly.
