Service details
Owner of a dog aged 3 months or above is required to apply for a license issued by IAM. The license is issued by IAM after inspection of the animal. The dog owner should pay attention to the valid period, vaccination and health check-up plans, as well as the special regulations applicable to keeping of a dog, as stated on the license.

Eligibility for application
1. Dog owners are required to fulfill the following conditions before license application:
A. Individuals aged 18 or above with capacity or legal persons established in accordance with the law;
B. Not under the condition that the additional penalties or sanctions as stipulated in Clause 1 2) of Article 28 or Article 30 2) apply.
2. Furthermore, IAM can refuse issue or renewal of license under the following conditions:
A. The dog has not been vaccinated according to the instructions of IAM;
B. The applicant does not fulfill the conditions in the above-mentioned regulations.
Result of service
The applicant is issued with a valid dog license.
