How to apply

Target Groups and Application Eligibility:

The transferor of the immovable property or its property rights.

Application Approach:

Application should be made by the applicant in person or by an authorized person.

Required Document:

The application form for Certificate of Special Stamp Duty.

Documents must be presented:

If the application is not made by the transferor, a letter of consent and the copy of identity document of the transferor should be submitted together with the application.

Time Needed:

Application can be made by the transferor as and when needed.

Application Location:

  1. The “Finanças” Building - Service Centre 1, Tax Collection Unit:
    Ground floor, the “Finanças” Building, 575, 579 & 585 Avenida da Praia Grande, Macao.
  2. Macao Government Services Centre - Taxation, Tax Collection Unit:
    52 Rua Nova da Areia Preta, Macao.
  3. Macao Government Services Centre in Islands - Taxation, Tax Collection Unit:
    Third floor, 225 Rua de Coimbra, Taipa.

Office hours:

  1. The “Finanças” Building - Service Centre 1:
    Monday to Thursday: 9:00 – 19:00
    Friday: 9:00 – 18:45
    Closed on weekends and public holidays
  2. The “Finanças” Building - Tax Collection Unit:
    Monday to Thursday: 9:00 – 18:00
    Friday: 9:00 – 17:45
    Closed on weekends and public holidays
  3. Macao Government Services Centre - Taxation, Tax Collection Unit:
    Monday to Friday: 9:00 – 18:00
    Closed on weekends and public holidays
  4. Macao Government Services Centre in Islands - Taxation, Tax Collection Unit:
    Monday to Friday: 9:00 – 18:00
    Closed on weekends and public holidays
