Submission Period：
No later than five working days before the first day of the final examination period of the proposed semester for application for withdrawal from study.
Application Procedures and Documents Required：
1) Submit the “Withdrawal from the University” application on “Student Information Web Services”
2) Applications for withdrawal on medical or health-related grounds are required to be accompanied by a medical certificate.
