Application procedure and required documents:
The applicant is required to submit the following documents or information
- Completed application form AW/APP/007 (or filled in through the online platform) and the required document specified therein;
- Form AW/APP/004 and the required document and report specified therein, completed pursuant to a maintenance review in accordance with Aeronautical Circular no. AC/AW/029, signed by a certificate of maintenance review signatory authorised by the applicant;
- Other evidence, information or documents in support of the application as the Civil Aviation Authority may reasonably require for the consideration of the application.

Charge
The fees charged by the Civil Aviation Authority are as follows:
Renewal of the certificate: Based on the maximum take-off weight (MTOW) of the aircraft, plus applicable stamp duty
Note: The fee shall be paid at the time of application submission.
Processing time
The renewal process will not take more than 20 working days to complete (time guaranteed in performance pledge).
Note: The time guaranteed commences from the next day following the day of submission of all documents or information.
