How to Apply

Application Method

Applications can be submitted through the official website or mobile application of the “Business & Associations Platform”, the unified electronic platform of the Macao SAR Government, or in-person* to IPIM by the applicant or his / her legal representative.

*Applicants may register for a valid account on IPIM’s “Event Online Application System”, to fill in and upload all the required information and documents.

Application Deadline

At least 35 days before the first day of the event

Application Processing Duration

Prior to the opening of event, IPIM will notify the applicants – who have submitted all the required documents within the application period and complied with the relevant provisions of the “Financial Support Programme for Participation in Exhibitions and Trade Fairs” – about the application result.

Enquiry on Progress and Result

Application Progress Enquiry: Applicants may enquire about the application progress via the official website or mobile application of the “Business & Associations Platform”, or IPIM’s “Event Online Application System”.

Application Result Notification: Applicants may collect the notification in-person* at IPIM, or request IPIM to send it by post.

*If the applicant or his / her representative collects the notification in-person, the official chop of the applying enterprise or non-profit association shall be brought for verification.
