How to Apply
Submission Period：
Applications are accepted at any time
Application Procedures and Documents Required：
Applicant may choose to:
(1) Submit the application and payment online, and the applicant will receive an electronic card in “One Account” e-card package after completing the application process. Applicant may also visit the main entrance service counter in person to collect the physical card if needed.

(2) Visit the main entrance service counter in person at the UM Sports Complex to fill in the application and then settle the payment. UM Sports Facilities User Card will be ready to be picked up immediately:
(2.1) If the applicant is an UM alumnus, a copy of the alumni card (or the electronic version in the “Macao One Account”) and a photo are required for the application
(2.2) If the applicant is the direct family member of an UM employee, a copy of the immediate family member’s staff ID card and a photo are required for the application
Application Location and Office Hours
In-person application：
Visit the main entrance service counter in person at the UM Sports Complex
Address: Ground floor, UM Sports Complex (N8), Avenida da Universidade Taipa, Macau, China
Service counter opening hours: 07:00-23:00 every day (except the first to third day of the Chinese New Year)
Online application：
Submit the application form and payment online, and the applicant will receive an electronic card in “One Account” e-card package after completing the application process.

Charges
Holders of Family Member Card: Free of charge
Others: MOP150 per year / MOP75 half a year

Remarks/Notes for Application
Applicant must agree to submit his/her “One Account” information, so that the user card will be displayed in his/her “One Account” e-card package.
