How to handle it
Application Procedures and Documents Required：
Applicant may choose to:
(1) Submit the application and payment online, the applicant will receive an electronic card in ‘Macao One Account’ e-card package after completing the application process. If you require a physical card, please contact 8822 2512 for enquiries, or visit the Main Entrance Service Counter at UM Sports Complex (N8) during operating hours.

(2) Visit the Main Entrance Service Counter in person at the UM Sports Complex to fill in the application and settle the payment. UM Sports Facilities User Card will be ready immediately:
(2.1) If the applicant is an UM alumnus, a copy of the alumni card (or the electronic version in the ‘Macao One Account’) and a photo are required for the application;
(2.2) If the applicant is the direct family member of an UM employee, a copy of the immediate family member’s staff ID card and a photo are required for the application.
