Service content
With the aim of encouraging and supporting the public or associations to organise activities to develop the spirit of mutual help and neighbourliness among social interests and communities, IAM establishes two subsidy schemes: “Subsidy Scheme for Operation of Large-scale Integrated Community Service Facility” and “Municipal Affairs Bureau Subsidy Scheme”.
Target group of service: Non-governmental associations legally established in Macao
Eligibility for application:
“Subsidy Scheme for Operation of Large-scale Integrated Community Service Facility”: Associations established for 10 years or above with a large-scale integrated community service facility that meets the conditions of the subsidy scheme;
“Municipal Affairs Bureau Subsidy Scheme”: Associations established for one year or above with activities on the themes of civic education, environmental cleanliness or greening.
Result of service
The quota for the “Subsidy Scheme for Operation of Large-scale Integrated Community Service Facility” is one and the maximum subsidy amount is MOP 7,000,000.
Each association can submit 25 applications for the “Municipal Affairs Bureau Subsidy Scheme” at most and a maximum of 20 applications can be approved. Please refer to the relevant subsidy scheme for the maximum amounts of subsidy for various kinds of activities.
