To strengthen the promotion of reading in the community and to promote the concept that reading enriches life, the “‘POP-UP’ LIBRARY” will be set up for 7 consecutive days, and citizens will be able to take out a book for free each time. In order to promote the circulation of reading resources within the community, the “‘POP-UP’ LIBRARY” will also have a floating book drop off point for citizens to release unused books at home and extending the life and value of books.
