Have we lost the freedom to say “no” to fertility?
At 3am, I am drained from breastfeeding, and my coffee cup becomes my only companion in the quiet. This immersive theatrical experience takes you through three timelines – my past self dancing carefree in nightclubs, my present self drowning in baby’s cries, and my future self becoming lost. Every mother will see her own reflection in the rising steam of the coffee: the battlefield of parenting where husbands stand helpless on the side, society’s unspoken judgment of the “perfect mother”, and the blurring contours of herself in the mirror.
If you have a chance to rewrite your story, what would you choose: restart your life or embrace your present?
