A Macao delegation, led by the Chief Executive, Mr Chui Sai On, attends a seminar regarding the participation of Hong Kong and Macao in the country’s reform and opening up over the past 40 years, and the SARs’ continued integration in the process of national development. The seminar is held at Diaoyutai State Guesthouse in Beijing by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council.
