2026 Macao International Parade continues to present the “Where culture flourishes, happiness happens” outreach activities leveraging the resources of the integrated resorts to create a festive atmosphere

Organised by the Cultural Affairs Bureau (IC, from the Portuguese acronym), Wynn Resorts Macau, SJM Resorts, S.A., Sands China Ltd., MGM and Galaxy Entertainment Group, the “2026 Macao International Parade” will be held on 29 March. In order to further enhance the festive atmosphere and build excitement for the event, the “Where culture flourishes, happiness happens” outreach activities will be held from 26 to 28 March. In collaboration with the integrated resorts, various outreach activities will be presented, conveying the festive aura of the Parade to residents and tourists in advance.

On 26 March, SJM Resorts, S.A. will present the “Exotic Dance Gala” from the East Entrance to the Atrium Performance Zone, Level 1, at the Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau. Traditional dance troupes from Indonesia, Armenia and Mozambique will perform alongside a spectacular ocean-themed parade, showcasing a vibrant and diverse array of exotic cultures. On the same day, Wynn Resorts Macau will stage the “Wynn’s Enchanting Lake View Night” on the Performance Lake of Wynn Palace. Various groups will present vibrant traditional dances of Armenia and Mozambique, alongside whimsical French fox‑spirit stilt walkers and a dazzling marine creature parade, offering a celebration of cross‑cultural artistic fusion.

On 27 March, MGM will present the “Marine Wonderland” at The Spectacle of MGM Cotai. Coral spirits present the imagery of the ocean, Emoji group brings interactive delight, the eco-percussion ensemble plays the rhythm of life, and fearless dancers showcase wave-inspired dance styles, jointly staging a splendid ocean-themed art performance. Sands China Ltd. will present “Sands China’s Time Travel” at the outdoor lagoon area of The Venetian Macao. Flywheel acrobats, steam punk tanks, oriental fox spirits and interactive emojis groups will present innovative performances that blend circus acrobatics, mechanical aesthetics, Eastern folklore and internet culture, offering an unparalleled sensory adventure through the past, present and future.

On 28 March, the Galaxy Entertainment Group will present the “GEG Shining Parade Fun” from the Pearl Lobby to the Diamond Lobby at the “Galaxy Macau™”, featuring Great Barrier Reef and Legendary from France, Bravery from Indonesia, and CRASSH_RECYCLED from Portugal which will offer a spectacular fantasy feast. In the afternoon on the same day, the “Where culture flourishes, happiness happens” outreach activities will continue to be held in the community. The Macau International Association of Oriental Dance will present a joyful children’s dance performance at the Rotunda de Carlos da Maia, showcasing the vitality and joy of children through their dance. The HACHN Dance Ensemble, listed as one of the top ten national dance troupes in Armenian, will present a traditional Armenian folk dance performance at the Zona de lazer da Alameda da Harmonia in Coloane.

In addition, the “VIVA Carnival” will be held on 28 and 29 March at Avenida Panorâmica do Lago Nam Van for the first time this year, featuring distinctive gastronomy stalls, creative interactive experience booths, game booths and performances, thus injecting more vibrancy into the event, driving the area to become one of the highlights along the Parade route.

In order to bring quality cultural and artistic resources to the community, the “Where culture flourishes, happiness happens” outreach activities have been successively presented at Rotunda de Carlos da Maia, Leisure Area in Edf. Lok Yeung Fa Yuen and Iao Hon Market Park on 14, 15, 21 and 22 March, integrating arts and culture into the city.
