1. What channels are available for citizens to submit their opinions to the Talent Development Committee?

Members of the public are welcome to submit their comments or suggestions to the Talent Development Committee either by phoning 2855 5108, or by sending an email to info@cdqq.gov.mo, or by sending a letter to Avenida da Amizade, n.º 1101-A, Edifício de Escritórios do Governo (ZAPE), 4.º andar, Macau.

2. Regarding ‘Talent Information Registration’ of the Talent Development Committee, what kind of talents are eligible to register? And what are the benefits of registering?

Registration is open to Macao residents who hold professional qualifications (licences) or professional certifications, or possess experience in business or enterprise (or organisation) management, or hold a higher education degree or have other expertise. Registration allows the SAR Government to scientifically collect data which may serve as a reference for formulating relevant policies and measures. At the same time, it allows Macao residents residing outside Macao to provide their contact details, thus facilitating communication and ensuring timely receipt of information regarding activities to be held in Macao. Through the system, the Talent Development Committee also disseminates information, covering areas such as career planning, internships, and job matching and development, to help registrants gain insight into the development and opportunities within Macao, the Cooperation Zone, and the Greater Bay Area.

3. Can those who have previously received an award under the Talent Training and Certification Incentive Plan receive the award again?

The same certification examination listed in the reward catalogues under the Talent Training and Certification Incentive Plan can only be rewarded once. For the same examination listed in the reward catalogues, if an applicant has previously received a reward, a higher level must be achieved in the current examination to be eligible for another reward.

The Talent Training and Certification Incentive Plan comprises three sub-schemes, namely The Talent Development Certification Incentive Scheme; Professional Certification Incentive Scheme for Talent Development in Modern Finance; and Professional Certification Incentive Scheme for Talent Development in Information Technology. More than 1,000 awards are granted each year. For details of the list of rewardable certifications, please refer to the relevant scheme regulations on the website of the Talent Development Committee (www.cdqq.gov.mo).

5. Who is eligible to apply for the Talent Training and Certification Incentive Plan?
