Application procedure and required supporting document

Applicants must submit in person the following supporting documents to the Government Information Bureau:

1. Fill in “Accreditation of correspondents” form, which can be downloaded online or obtained in person from the Government Information Bureau office.
2. A photocopy of identification documents (Present the original documents for verification).
3. A work certificate endorsed by employer.

Office hours:

Mondays to Thursdays:  9am to 1pm; 2.30pm to 5.45pm

Fridays: 9am to 1pm; 2.30pm to 5.30pm

Free of charge

 

Processing time

Application will be processed within 9 working days, counting from the day following receipt of a filled application form and other required documents. Results will be sent by mail.
