Application deadline
On or before 31 January each year
Application procedure and required supporting document
Applicants must submit in person the following supporting documents to the Government Information Bureau:
- Fill in “Accreditation of correspondents” form, which can be downloaded online or obtained in person from the Government Information Bureau office.
- A photocopy of identification documents (Present the original documents for verification).
- A work certificate endorsed by employer.

Processing time
Application will be processed within 9 working days, counting from the day following receipt of a filled application form and other required documents. Results will be sent by mail.
