Processing procedure and required documents
Documents required to be submitted:
For change of particulars of license holders:
1. Signed application form for change of information pertaining to the respective license of the license holder(017/DICV/DSAGM);
2. Legible photocopy of identity document(s) of the license holder;
3. Should there be a change in the residential address, the proof of residential address (e.g. water bill or electricity bill) of the license holder is also required.
For change of license holder:
1. Declaration for Transfer of Ownership signed by the original license holder;
2. Application form for information update signed by the new license holder(017/DICV/DSAGM);
3. Original or legible photocopy of International Vaccination Certificate;
4a. Legible photocopies of identity document(s) of the original license holder and of the new license holder; or
4b. Legible photocopy of the M7-Business Tax Form issued by the Financial Services Bureau to the original company which hold the respective license;
4c. Legible photocopy of the M8-Business Tax Form issued by the Financial Services Bureau to the original company which hold the respective license;
5. Proof of residential address (e.g. water bill or electricity bill) of the new license holder.

description：
License holders can access services such as enquiries concerning information about their licenses, immediate online processing of license renewal, change of personal information and bookings for vaccination against rabies by logging in to their accounts on the platforms of “Macao One Account” and “Business & Associations Platform” and entering the “Dog License” service page. In particular, valid proof of vaccination against rabies is required for processing the service for online renewal of “dog license”.
