Service description
Service details: Application to the Municipal Affairs Bureau (IAM) for obtaining the written certification of the legality of the address, or certification of land / building ownership information. The door number certificate is used for certifying the official door number and address information of a specific building, as well as information related to door numbers, such as address assignment documents, comparison of new and old door numbers, and other information.
Target group of service: Individuals that apply for a license for food and beverage establishments to the Macao Government Tourism Office, or those that apply for change of the street door number of properties to the Real Estate Registry, etc.
Eligibility for application: Property owners, agents, representatives and lawyers
Result of service: Door number certificate, certificate of door number and/or other cadastre information
