Application Deadline

Apply when necessary, no fixed deadline.

Application Procedures and Required Documents

Applicants need not hand in the application in person but the following documents must be lodged:

A duly completed “Duty Exemption Measures for Mainland Cereals and Grain Flour Not Restricted by Quota” – Form of Application for Registration as Importer and Acceptance of Undertaking, along with Declaration of Import Volume (all provided by the authority in charge or downloaded from our website).
