How to Apply

Application Eligibility

Holder of a Macao resident identity card

Required Document

  1.  Application form for vocational training courses(Forms can be downloaded from DSAL’s website, or obtained from any Application Location in person)
  2.  Original and photocopy of a Macao resident identity card
  3.  Documents needed for the training course

Application Approach

  1. An applicant can visit Vocational Training Centre of DSAL, DSAL head office,Long Cheng Service Centre of DSAL or the Public Services Centre in person.
  2. Enrolling through the Online Application System (available only in Chinese).
  3. Enrolling through the Macao One Account – Vocational Training Courses (available only in Chinese).
  4. By e-mail to: dsaldfp@dsal.gov.mo, with the completed e-form and documents needed for the training course.
  5. By fax to: (+853) 28481363, with the completed application form and documents needed for the training course.
  6. An applicant can submit the application form and relevant documents at the service counters of the Financial Services Bureau, the Economic and Technological Development Bureau or the Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute during the office hours. Charges

Tuition fees are exempted, but material fees or fees for a driver’s licence are required to be paid by trainees for some courses.


Quality Criteria

Services – Performance Pledge

  1. Expressing opinions under request about plans for training courses held by non-profit entities – within 10 working days.
  2. Walk-in application for vocational training courses – to be received within 10 minutes.
  3. Handling application for vocational training courses – within 5 minutes1 .
  4. Handling electronic application for vocational training courses (e-mail, fax or online application) – within the following working day2,3,4.
  5. Publishing the lists of accepted candidates for training courses – within 7 working days5,6.
  6. Issuing statements on attendance records of current or previous courses – within 5 working days1.

Remarks

  1.  In the circumstance when applicants bring all required documents and information.
  2.  Apply to the courses including: Enhancement Training Course.
  3.  Applications submitted during office hours or non-office hours will be replied within the next working day.
  4.  Applications will be replied or acknowledged by an electronic mean (e-mail, fax or mobile phone message).
  5.  The lists of accepted candidates will be posted in the Vocational Training Centre and a further contact by SMS will be made to accepted candidates.
  6.  Counting from the next day after all candidates were interviewed.
