How to Apply

Application Eligibility

Those who meet the required criteria

Required Document

  1.  Skill evaluation registration form(Forms can be downloaded from DSAL’s website, or obtained from any Application Location in person)
  2.  Copy of identification document
  3.  Copy of documents required for application

Application Approach

  1. An applicant can visit Vocational Training Centre of DSAL, DSAL head office, Golden Dragon Service Centre of DSAL or the Public Services Centre in person.
  2. Enrolling through the Online Application System (available only in Chinese).
  3. Enrolling through the Macao One Account – Vocational/Occupational Safety and Health Training Courses and Assessments (available only in Chinese).
  4. By e-mail to: dsaldfp@dsal.gov.mo, with the completed e-form downloaded from the DSAL website, a copy of identification document and documents required for application.
  5. By fax to: (+853) 28718593, with the completed application form, a copy of identification document and documents required for application.
  6. An applicant can submit the application form and relevant documents at the service counters of the Financial Services Bureau, the Economic and Technological Development Bureau or Commerce and Investment Promotion Institute during the office hours. Quality Criteria

Services – Performance Pledge

  1.  Walk-in application for skill evaluation – to be received within 10 minutes.
  2.  Handling an application for skill evaluation – within 5 minutes1.
  3.  Issuing a statement of skill evaluation certificate – within 5  working days1.
  4.  Application for skill evaluation via electronic means (e-mail, fax or online application) – within the following working day2,3.

Remarks

  1.  In the circumstance when applicants bring all required documents and information.
  2.  Applications submitted during office hours or non-office hours will be replied within the next working day.
  3. Applications will be replied or acknowledged by an electronic mean (e-mail, fax or mobile phone message).
