The Chief Executive, Mr Sam Hou Fai, today said that the Macao Special Administrative Region (MSAR) Government would unite and lead all sectors of society in implementing the strategic arrangements concerning the MSAR as set out in the fourth plenary session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC).
