1. How are patients triaged in the Emergency Department?

The triage scale in the Emergency Department is effectuated according to the medical condition of patients; it can be divided into: Category 1 – Critical (immediate management), Category 2 – Urgent (within 30 minutes), Category 3 – Semi-Urgent (within 30 minutes) and Category 4 – Non-Urgent (according to normal consultation order). If the clinical condition alters while waiting, seek assistance from medical personnel at the Triage Point.


2. How to get a Medical Certificate?

In general, patients may illustrate their medical condition to the doctor during consultation; the doctor will manage depending on the clinical condition of the patient.
