Application procedures and documents required:
- A written declaration from the transferor to apply for transfer of product documentation to the recipient;
- A written declaration from the recipient to accept the transfer of product documentation proposed by the transferor.
Note: If the firm owner is a legal person, the relevant documents should be signed by the executive management member(s) legitimately representing the company.
