How to Apply

Service targets and eligibility

to be applied by public authorities (except for the entities which have signed a cooperation protocol with the Laboratory).

Time of application

Monday to Thursday: 9:00am to 1:00pm, 2:30pm to 5:45pm

Friday: 9:00am to 1:00pm, 2:30pm to 5:30pm

Application procedures and documents required

For the request of food, water quality and drug testing:

The applicant is required to complete the〔Request Form for Chemical and Microbiological Testing〕 according to the “Scope of Testing Service – Bacteriology、Chemistry and Calibration”.

Service hours:

Close on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays

Regulations and guidelines for staff

  • All laboratory personnel are required to observe the following laws and regulations:
  1. Law no. 6/2010 dated 30th August – Rank and Grade System for Pharmacists and Senior Health Technical Officers;
  2. Law no. 7/2010 dated 30th August – Rank and Grade System for Diagnostic and Therapeutic Technicians.
  • Ethical standards for all laboratory personnel:
  1. A scientific and impartial work attitude
  2. Compliance with laws and regulations, and commitment to the truth
  3. Stringent and standardized operation
  4. Concern for the best interests of clients

Collection of application result
