School Places Consultation and Allocation


How to Apply?

Application Period:Applications are accepted throughout the year.

Application Procedures and Documents Required:

Applicants need to fill in the relevant application form and submit it to the Education and Youth Affairs Bureau in person together with the following documents:

  1. Copy of valid identification document;
  2. The academic certificate or the latest school transcript of the applicant; for those who apply for junior secondary school place allocation, a primary graduate certificate or proof document must be submitted; those who apply for senior secondary school place allocation must submit a junior secondary graduate certificate or proof document.

Note: The original copies of the aforesaid documents must be produced when submitting the respective documents.
