How to Apply

Application Procedures and Documents Required:

1. Active students of School of Hospitality Management/Tourism Management:

  • Online application:
    a. Application should be made via IFTM “eServices” online platform
    b. Upon the approval of the applicaion, fee payment should be made at IFTM via campus KIOSK, or by cash, credit card, company cheque or cashier order at the Cashier.
    c. The applicant can collect the transcript after the 3rd working day from the day of application fee payment.
    d. The applicant / authorized person must present their identity documents for collection of the transcript.

2. Alumni of School of Hospitality Management/Tourism Management:

  • In-person application:
    a. Upon the submission of the completed application form, a debit note will be issued by the handling staff for fee payment. Fee payment should be made at IFTM by cash, credit card, company cheque or cashier’s cheque at the Cashier.
    b. The applicant can collect the transcript after the 3rd working day from the day of application fee payment.
    c. The Applicant/ authorized person must present their identity documents for collection of the transcript.
  • Online application:
    a. Application should be made via “IFTM Alumni Online Community” online platform
    b. Upon the approval of the applicaion, fee payment should be made via credit card online payment, or by cash, credit card, company cheque or cashier’s cheque at the Cashier.
    c. The applicant can collect the transcript after the 3rd working day from the day of application fee payment.
    d. The applicant / authorized person must present their identity documents for collection of the transcript.

  • Campus KIOSK at Mong-Há Campus/ Taipa Campus

    Opening Hours:
    0900 – 2200 (Monday to Sunday).
    Closed on Public Holiday
  • Fee payment (Cashier at Mong-Há Campus)

    Office Hours:
    0900 – 1300; 1430 – 1900 (Monday to Friday)
    Closed on Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday

Charges

MOP50 per copy

To be paid by either the following methods:
a) Cash, credit card, company cheque or cashier’s cheque
b) MacauPass (for students of School of Hospitality Management/Tourism Management)
c) Credit card online payment (for alumni of School of Hospitality Management/Tourism Management only)


Processing Time

Ready for collection after the 3rd working day from the day of application fee settlement(Performance Pledge Programme)


Remarks/Notes for Application

  1. If no payment is made after 7 days upon the approval of the application, the application will be automatically cancelled by the system.
  2. A system generated notification email will be sent to the applicant upon completion of the application process. Items and documents uncollected within 3 months after the notification shall be destroyed.

Documents need to be presented or submitted upon receipt of the service results:

  • To be collected by the applicant in person: Student ID card / ID documents
  • To be collected by the authorised person: The authorised’s student ID card or ID documents
