How to handle it

Application Eligibility:
Person whose Special Driving Permit is lost or stolen.
Required Documents:
1. Mod. No. 3A (available at the service counters of the Transport Bureau or download from the Transport Bureau website)
2. One distinct photocopy of the valid Macao identity card or valid document for legal stay in Macao SAR.
3. Three 1.5 inches recent color photos (with white background).
4. A declaration for a lost and stolen driving license (the form is available at the service counters of the Transport Bureau)

Remark/Application Instructions

1. Applicant who intends to change the personal information should show the original copy of the certificate for the change of personal details and a photocopy of it (if applicable).
2. In accordance with the “Macao Traffic Law and Regulation”, supplementary document must be submitted within 90 days upon the date of making the applications, otherwise, the application has to be reapply all over again and related payment must be paid.
Note: If the applicant’s special driving permit is almost expired during the application for replacement, renewal must be made as well.
