Application procedure and required documents:
The applicant shall submit dangerous goods permit application together with required supporting documents at least 7 working days prior to the intended date of carriage:
- The completed application form Application for Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Air (Foreign Operator) FS/APP/005b;
- Copy of Air Operator Certificate issued by appropriate authority of the State/Region of the operator;
- Copy of Operations Specifications issued by appropriate authority of the State/Region of the operator.
- Copy of dangerous goods permit granted by appropriate authority of the State/Region of the operator;
- A set of operator’s dangerous goods transport document of the flight(s) requested.

Methods of Application
Online Application (Primary channel)
The applicant shall submit its application together with required supporting documents via the AACM on-line application system at:
https://fltapp.aacm.gov.mo/login
Paper Application
Submit the completed “Application for Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Air (Foreign Operator) FS/APP/005b” and required documents or information by post / email

The approval process will not take more than 10 working days to complete (time guaranteed in performance pledge).
Note: The time guaranteed commences from the next day following the day of submission of all documents or information.
