Application procedure and required documents:
The applicant is required to submit the following documents or information:
- Completed application forms AW/APP/016 and AW/APP/015;
- Maintenance organisation exposition;
- Compliance Report;
- Safety Management Manual (SMM);
- Any applicable contracts/agreements/letter of intent;
- Other evidence, information or document in support of the application as the Civil Aviation Authority may reasonably require for the consideration of the application.

Application shall be made in writing.

Charge
The fees charged by the Civil Aviation Authority are as follows:
- Issuance of the certificate: MOP 5,000, plus applicable stamp duty.
- Audit, inspection, and technical evaluation (where applicable):
a) Within the Macao SAR: MOP 1,500 per officer per day.
b) Outside the Macao SAR: MOP 2,000 per officer per day, in addition to transportation, accommodation, and meal expenses.
Note: The fee shall be paid at the time of application submission.
Processing time
The issuance process will not take more than 70 working days to complete (time guaranteed in performance pledge).
Note: The time guaranteed commences from the next day following the day of submission of all documents or information.
Note
According to the application for the approval of different maintenance items submitted by the maintenance organization, the applicant must pass the approval assessment conducted by the Civil Aviation Authority.
