Application procedure and required documents:

The applicant is required to submit the following documents or information:

1. Completed application form AW/APP/017;
2. (If applicable) Completed form(s) AW/APP/015 for each person nominated to hold a position required by MAR-147.105 (b), accompanied by supporting documents such as resumes and relevant academic and training certificates;
3. (If applicable) Maintenance training organization exposition;
4. Compliance report to the latest requirement of the MAR-147;
5. (If applicable) the course program, syllabus, curriculum and training course analysis, practical worksheets/logbook/record for the additional course to be conducted;
6. (If applicable) Evaluation report of the proposed training courses establishing compliance to the latest MAR-66;
7. If the applicant holds maintenance training organisation approval(s) other than a MAR-147 maintenance training organisation approval, the relevant certificate and approval schedule should be provided, if there is change since last submission;
8. Other evidence in support of the application as the Civil Aviation Authority may reasonably require for the consideration of the application.

Charge

The fees charged by the Civil Aviation Authority are as follows:

1. Re-issue of the certificate: Stamp duty, as applicable.
2. Audit, inspection, and technical evaluation (where applicable):
   a) Within the Macao SAR: MOP 1,500 per officer per day.
   b) Outside the Macao SAR: MOP 2,000 per officer per day, in addition to transportation, accommodation, and meal expenses.

Note: The fee shall be paid at the time of application submission.

Processing time

The variation process will not take more than 70 working days to complete (time guaranteed in performance pledge).

Note: The time guaranteed commences from the next day following the day of submission of all documents or information.
