Introduction
Application must be made in advance to the Marine and Water Bureau when a pleasure boat registered in the Guangdong Province intending to berth at the marina in Macao.

Application Result
Application for Arrival of Pleasure Boats Registered in Guangdong Province:
Allowed to berth legally at the approved marina in Macao and carry out activities/water activities.
Application for Departure of Pleasure Boats Registered in Guangdong Province:
The Marine and Water Bureau will issue a port clearance in accordance with Article 76 of the “Maritime Activities Regulations” approved by Decree-Law no. 90/99/M, of 29 November.
Change of List of Persons on Board the Yacht:
The approved list of persons on board the yacht can be changed.
