How to handle it

Applications can be submitted through the official website or mobile application of the “Business & Associations Platform”, the unified electronic platform of the Macao SAR Government, or in-person* to IPIM by the applicant or his / her legal representative.

*Applicants may register for a valid account on IPIM’s “Event Online Application System”, to fill in and upload all the required information and documents.

Processing Time Limit

At least 50 days prior to the event start date

Approval time required

Prior to the opening of event, IPIM will notify the applicants – who have submitted all the required documents within the application period and complied with the relevant provisions of the “Convention and Exhibition Stimulation Programme” – about the application result.
