How to Apply
Submission Period:
Applications are accepted throughout the year.
Application Procedures and Documents Required:
1) Submit the application form to the Registry
1.1) Obtain the application form (REG/Form/004) from the Registry or download it from the Registry website: https://reg.um.edu.mo/current-students/student-applications/application-forms/
1.2) Submit the application form in person or email it to the Registry (Campus card or identity document should be presented. If a representative is authorized to complete the procedures on behalf of the applicant, an authorization letter and the ID copies of both the applicant and the representative are required. )
2) Apply via the Online Payment Service system (For registered students and graduates who graduated on/after 6 June 2018)

Status Enquiry and Service Results Collection
Enquiry on application status:
1) Call the Registry
2) Email the Registry
3) Access the Online Payment Service system (For applications submitted via the Online Payment Service system)
Collection methods of service results:
The applicant can choose one of the following collection methods when submitting the application:
1) Collect/Authorize a representative to collect the document at the Registry
2) Print out the document at the designated Self-Service Kiosk
3) Deliver the document to the specified address by post
Documents need to be presented or submitted upon receipt of the service results:
1) The document can be collected at the Registry by presenting the receipt and the applicant’s campus card or identification document. If the document is collected by a representative, then an authorization letter and copies of the identification documents of both the applicant and the representative should be presented.
2) Print out the document at the designated Self-Service Kiosk by tapping the campus card or scanning the QR code.
