Remark/Application Instructions
1. The suspension of registration does not affect the expiry of the valid period of the registration. Veterinary surgeons can still make an application for renewal within 90 days before the expiry of the valid period of the registration;
2. If the applicant is a non-resident worker, the copy of identification document submitted is required to be consistent with the information on the veterinary professional accreditation certificate. Moreover, a copy of the Non-resident Worker’s Identification Card (blue card) is required to be submitted additionally.
