The Chief Executive, Mr Sam Hou Fai, today attended the plenary session of the Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference 2026, where he listened to the keynote speech delivered by member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, Mr Zhao Leji.
