In accordance with the stipulations of Clause 5 of Article 58 on transitional regime in Law No. 4/2023 “Law on Veterinary Clinical Care and Commercial Activity of Animals”, those that intend to operate an establishment of commercial activity of animals, such as breeding, sale or boarding, are required to apply for a valid provisional license from the Municipal Affairs Bureau for each business.
Establishments of commercial activity of animals (breeding, sale or boarding) that comply with the transitional regime
Any individual or legal person is eligible for application.
The Municipal Affairs Bureau issues the Provisional License for Establishments of Commercial Activity of Animals (breeding, sale or boarding) to the establishment concerned.
