Service Introduction

The Talent Development Committee is responsible for formulating strategies for talent development and related short-, medium-, and long-term measures, and for promoting the implementation and execution of such strategies and measures. The Talent Development Committee and the Macao Foundation have jointly launched the ‘Talent Training and Certification Incentive Plan’ since 2017. Through incentives, residents are encouraged to actively plan their further studies and participate in certificate exams, thereby continuously enhancing their vocational skills and building a pool of talent to promote a moderate and diversified development of Macao’s economy.
