Exceptional Issue of an International Reply Coupon Commemorating the 140th Anniversary of UPU

Please be informed that according to the notification from Universal Postal Union, the new model of International Reply Coupon will be available for sales with effect from 9th October 2014 (Model as below) in order to commemorate the 140th anniversary of UPU. Please read attachment! Meanwhile, the exchange service of the current International Reply Coupon (Model as below) will not be affected. Please read attachment!
