This event aims to guide participants in exploring Macao’s “China’s First”. The theme of this workshop is the “Modern Lighthouse”. The instructor will introduce the history and cultural value of Guia Fortress (also known as Guia Lighthouse) in Macao, and present the picture book A Lighthouse Story: The Magic and Wonder of Living by the Sea in a fun and engaging way. Children will be guided to stimulate their curiosity through listening to stories, while creating a wonderful parent-child reading time.
This workshop will merge story content, extended thinking and creative practice, with the goal of teaching the participants to make clay artwork, allowing families to craft their own handmade items together.
