The Macao Special Administrative Region Government hosts a flag-raising ceremony and a reception to celebrate the 74th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China.

The flag-raising ceremony on the 74th National Day is attended by the Chief Executive, Mr Ho Iat Seng, and officials of the Central Government in the Macao Special Administrative Region (MSAR) and of the Macao Garrison of the People’s Liberation Army; as well as by members of the Legislative Assembly of the MSAR and leading officials of the judiciary, principal officials of the MSAR Government, and people from across the community.
