The Chief Executive, Mr Sam Hou Fai, visits the exhibition commemorating the achievements of the 30th anniversary of the "3820" Strategic Project, which is a 20-year economic and social development blueprint for Fuzhou initiated in 1992 by President Xi Jinping when he was then secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Fuzhou Municipal Committee. Mr Sam learns about the urban planning and socio-economic developments of Fuzhou through the exhibition.
