Last Selling and Exchange Date of Old Model of International Reply Coupon

Please be informed that according to the notification from Universal Postal Union, with effect from 1st September 2013, the international reply coupons issued on 1 st September 2009 will be withdrawn from sales (Model as below). In addition, with effect from 1st January 2014, exchange services will not be accepted. Thank you for your attention.
