Online activities of the 2021MIECF to be retained in spite of a changed schedule owing to the latest COVID-19 developments

The “2021 Macao International Environmental Co-operation Forum & Exhibition” (2021MIECF), hosted by the Government of the Macao Special Administrative Region, was scheduled to take place both online and offline from 5 to 7 August. However, in view of the latest COVID-19 developments, it is decided after thorough consideration that all the offline activities of the 2021MIECF will be cancelled, including the Green Forum and physical exhibitions, to avoid crowd gatherings and reduce the risk of outbreaks. To help enterprises seize green business opportunities, the 2021MIECF will retain online exhibitions and actively organise other online activities, such as online business matching.
