The Chief Executive, Mr Chui Sai On, observes the operation of real-time digital platform for civil defence management at the Civil Protection Operations Centre, while Typhoon Signal No. 10 being hoisted for Mangkhut. Mr Chui also receives a briefing, by the Secretary for Security, Mr Wong Sio Chak, regarding flooding situation in low-lying areas.

After the Typhoon Signal No. 10 is issued, the Chief Executive, Mr Chui Sai On, holds another meeting to review the emergency measures taken by the civil protection management team and other Government agencies.
