Subsistence Team suspends service of supplies delivery for Edf. Yue Xiu Gardens (Red Code Zone) today

As the Subsistence Team needs to carry out screening and supplies delivery for the households of the newly added Red Code Zones today (9 July), the service of delivering supplies from relatives and friends for the households of Edf. Yue Xiu Gardens originally scheduled for 3 pm to 5 pm is suspended. Relevant households are advised to understand the measure and ask their relatives and friends not to send supplies to the site today.


A total of 14 tubes of mixed samples tested positive as of 08:00 in the 6th round of Citywide NAT; Concerned NAT stations and sampling time announced

The Novel Coronavirus Response and Coordination Centre states that the 6th round of Citywide NAT Programme has been launched at 09:00 yesterday (8 July). As of 08:00 today (9 July), a total of 14 tubes of mixed samples have been tested positive.

The Health Bureau has distributed 13.5 million RAT kits and 14.5 million masks

Since the local outbreak of COVID-19 was discovered on 18 June, the Health Bureau has activated the contingency plan immediately, with transportation teams organized to deliver rapid antigen test kits and masks to various NAT sampling stations day and night.
