How to process
Deadline for application : The prior notification is required to be submitted at least 10 days before the activity. In accordance with the stipulations of Decree-Law no. 47/98/M dated 26 October, if no reply is made 4 days prior to the activity, the prior notification is granted tacit authorisation.
Processing procedure and required documents :
1. Application form 011/DACRA/DACREC (Application forms are available for free at the Division of Cultural, Recreational and Association Affairs, IAM Service Centres or can be downloaded from IAM’s official website);
2. Charity walk: Please submit information about event objectives and routing;
3. Fund raising / fair: Please submit information about event objectives and format of fund raising.
4. Documents required to be produced : The document issued by the administration authority.
