1. Complete the application form (015/DMV/DSAGM V1). The form can be obtained free of charge from the Integrated Services Centre and
Public Services Centres of IAM or downloaded from the IAM website;
2. Tender proposal (Please refer to the notice and regulation of the public tender.);
3. Original certificate of criminal record;
4. Declaration of no debts currently subject to coercive collection through tax enforcement procedures;
5. Copy of Macao SAR Resident Identity Card;
6. Other documents required in the notice.

Relevant standards or requirements
1. All Macao SAR residents aged 18 or above with capability;
2. Not subject to the additional penalties, security measures or additional sanctions that prohibit the operation of the business concerned;
3. Not subject to prohibition of application for hawker license as stipulated in Law no. 22/2024;
4. No debts subject to coercive collection through tax enforcement procedures.
