How to process
Deadline for application:
Applications for transfer of the license (change of license holder) can be made to IAM within 5 years from the effective date of the Hawker Management Regime.
Processing procedure and required documents:
Documents required to be submitted by the original hawker license holder:
1. Complete the application form (020/DMV/DSAGM V1). The form can be obtained free of charge from the Integrated Services Centre and Public Services Centres of IAM or downloaded from the IAM website;
2. A clear photocopy of the valid Macao SAR Resident Identity Card (with both sides printed on the same page).
Documents required to be submitted by the transferee:
1. Certificate of the relationship with the license holder (Note: The certificate is required to be issued by the Identification Services Bureau and stated with the identification document numbers of both parties.);
2. One 1.5-inch recent colour photo;
3. A clear photocopy of the valid Macao SAR Resident Identity Card (with both sides printed on the same page);
4. A clear photocopy of the water, electricity or phone bill (in the past 6 months) stating the address.
Documents required to be produced:
The original Macao SAR Resident Identity Card of the applicant is required to be produced.

Fees
Application fee: Application fee is not required to be paid.
Form fee: Form fee is not required to be paid.
Stamp duty: 10% stamp duty is required to be paid.
Security deposit: Security deposit is required to be paid (equivalent to the amount of the license fee).

Time required for approval
10 working days counting from the day when the transferee completes the submission of all required documents as well as the payment of security deposit and license fee

The license can be downloaded and printed at the “Business & Associations Platform”, or it can be printed in the public services centres of IAM.
