Processing procedure and required documents
Documents required to be submitted:
- Declaration – Relationship with the deceased (011/DHA/DHAL);
- A clear photocopy of the identification document of the applicant;
- Declaration of works in cemetery (012/DHA/DHAL) stating the commencement and completion dates of the works;
- A clear photocopy of the identification document of the person in charge of the funeral company.
Additional documents to be submitted (those that must be submitted when applicable):
- Marked layout plan or photograph (for permanent tombs and tombs in St. Miguel Arcanjo Cemetery);
- Certificate of use of tomb or other relevant supporting document(s) (for permanent tombs).
Documents required to be produced: The original of the identification document of the applicant is to be produced.

Important notes:Stipulations of Articles 15 and 16 of Administrative Regulation no. 37/2003 “Regulations on Management, Operation and Supervision of Cemeteries” amended by Administrative Regulation no. 22/2019 must be complied with.
